Dishonest and misleading

DO NOT USE Droppa. You input all your details on the site, including full collection and delivery address. They give you a total to pay online and send you a waybill. But when they come to collect the parcel, they suddenly say they can't deliver it for the originally agreed-upon price and try to charge you an extra R4000 on top of the initial R1100. Then if you decide to cancel because of this misleading situation and ask for a refund, they take off R350 as a service fee. They're not honest and they mislead their customers. It's better to steer clear of them!
