disappointed and unhappy customer

I requested droppa on the 24th of January 2025 to come and collect my parcel on the 27th of January even today I'm still waiting for them to collect. I tried to contact them several times but no further steps were taken. I am very disappointed and unhappy about their service delivery. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone even a single day.
