I had a bad incident with the security and I approached management the following day, I must say I felt very respected and valued as a customer. He was kind, understanding and he listened. I am so grateful to him for making my experience very pleasant and now I am absolutely in love with the place. And the service from the bartenders and weitresses is also pretty wonderful.
