Dropbox *****ing Money

Iv never subscribed to this service and over R2000 was taken off my account, my last money I had to feed my family, best you get your facts together I went on Google place to see subscriptions etc and there is no drop box I don't even. Know what it's for until I went go the bank to explain my money went missing, please give me my money back I don't use your services, there's no way to contact you, I must sign in, how can I when I have never had an account with you, just please give me my money back, we are sitting with no food, I'm so disgusted
