Bad customer experience and need my money back since I am not happy with your service.
I bought 2 pair of Sneakers via their website online on the 29th of May 2026, unfortunately both sizes were not fitting, small cut which size 5 it's my normal shoe size. I did send a communication through them via their Wats up channel and email to advise them to kindly ask if I can return them which they are still in their packaging and another box still sealed. They told me that I will be liable for a courier fee once they booked with their courier and agree to pay for the fees, until today no responses via their Wats up and email. They just ignore my messages and not responding, almost 2 months I am battling with this merchant, it feels like they are a fly by night merchant, no one attends to your messages. Their packaging was sealed with Sport scene bags which made me puzzled, even after you place an order and paid, no follow up messages or emails advising of the progress of your order. I paid R2672.00 for the order number: 16417. I cannot lose so much money because of this people, I don't think I will buy anything in future to them. I am so disappointed in their very bad service, you take money from people then you keep quiet, no follow up or check on their concerns. Now I am stuck with 2 boxes of sneakers and you with my money. I just been *****ed, worse working for one of the big banks in the country who values a great customer experience and value to the clients

I found my favourite sneakers on this site
I was looking for a particular sneaker for weeks now and I couldn't find them anywhere. Thank God I came across droporcop.com. I found it there and they delivered it to me within 4 days. Im a happy customer. I would definitely recommend them

Came across this website a month ago. I been in contact with the sales rep on WhatsApp ever since . not only did they help mse select the right tekkies for my son's borthday they made me feel comfortable with the whole buying online thing. I've been a victim of ***** online many times. They answered every question I asked about thier products, shipping times and also the negative aspects such as shortages or any contingencies. I would recommend droporcop anytime also before you buy reach out to thier sales rep and ask questions. Best platform is WhatsApp.
