In the new year we will be offering accounts, so you will be able to save your address, and only have to fill in the drop off address, and even swap it if you will be the recipient, which will shorten your form. I apologise for the late collection yesterday, to make it up to you, we are upgrading your parcel to an overnight and are sending it out for delivery today.
