Droomparken Spaarnwoude Amsterdam - Poor service and arrogant staff.

We spent a couple of nights at Droomparken Spaarnwoude. The Lobby staff was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. After we checked-in to our unit we discovered that the shower door was missing and the bedrooms had no bed lamps. The linen was wet and the curtains were off the curtain track. This was reported to both the call centre and the lobby staff. Needless to say, a day and nothing was done to correct any of the above. To make it worse, I stepped in some of the glass left in the shower from the door which obviously shattered in the bathroom. The glass is still in the shower and I strongly consider perusing legal options seen that they have no regard for the safety of their guests. I have to pay full price for poor service and a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend Droonparken Spaarnwoude to anyone and I would urge you reconsider booking accommodation with them.
