Very good service, with few things to consider.

I appreciate the following of Droneworld following the purchase of 2 Mavic Air drone batteries as well as a previous purchase of the Mavic Air: 1) Willingness to price match 2) Prompt response on the instant messaging platform on the website and subsequent email correspondence 3) Now added ability to pay with a credit card online - it was not the case on my wife's previous order 4) I would say technical expertise and advise is slightly above average compared to competitors and especially DJI themselves. 5) Sale of refurbished drones, offering good value for money with same warranty as new

However, they really need to consider the following - if the other company was willing to price match to that level, I would have not gone with Droneworld: * Only free delivery on orders above R2000 - hence I had to order 2 batteries where I only really needed one. Most companies ship for free on purchases above R450. * The continued adverti*****t of their crash protection is really not something to consider. The conditions of such is exceptionally limiting and almost useless. With particular note of: - Required active video footage at time of crash - who takes a video all the time? - Minimum of 5 hours flight - something that beginners should realise. - Not on refurbished drones - Exclusions on Force Majeure issues - Proof that you flew in line of sight
