Unable to locate Droneworld online

I am not sure as to exactly how many stars there should be on my rating as my experience is somewhat strange. I bought a Dreame L10S ultra from them, and the service was actually very good and would have been rated at 4 stars.

But now my machine has malfunctioned while under warrantee and I simply cannot find any contact details for them. I cannot locate them online, and they no longer seem to sell via Takealot either.
