Terrible Service at Drone World Sea Point

Worst service EVER.

A few weeks ago I took my Mavic Pro to Drone World Sea Point for a quote following a small prang. 2 weeks later I had heard nothing. I proactivel called them and eventually they sent me a quote for a new camera / gimble. I was quoted R10,240 for a gimble and rear arm. Thinking this was expensive I called DJI on Strand Street. The gave me a ball park of R4,000 and on taking it in, immediately told me that it would be R3,750, there was nothing wrong with the rear arm and that it would be ready on the same day.

To make matters worse, Drone World charged me R700 to get my Drone back from them.

I can't believe the difference in service.

If anyone reads this, do not use Drone World, DJI are way better.
