Technical help

I give you guys a 100/10. I'm an old chap. I have acquired a DJI Drone as a gift. I have been looking for help with many Drone companies and non could help me. I have contacted Droneworld and have spoken to a sales rep who directed me to a support ticket log. I have gotten a response and asked for a phone call which was soon later done. Ashlee was able to assist an old guy like me by checking all my settings and helped with a few tips. With his help, I have gotten my drone to its best potential. I can now use it on my game ranch which I told him if he is every in Richardsbay he must come and stay on my game ranch. A great guy which I hope your management is looking after. Will definitely come back to buy an Inspire or Matrice for my collection and keeping my ranch safe.
