Superb customer service

I contacted the sales department on Thursday to get information about a drone and accessories. Brandon took the call and assisted me with everything I needed and worked out a quotation that was within my budget. The problem I had though was that I was departing for West Africa the Monday afternoon, Brandon assured me that delivery can be arranged. My bank EFT only cleared on their side the Monday morning but they still delivered the drone on time from Cape Town to JHB. Now that is what I call service - Thank you Brandon and Irene. Sadly in South Africa you do not get decent customer service anymore - the Droneworld staff proved the opposite. Well done!
