Horrible service and nobody does what they commit to.

Dealing with drone world has been a absolute nightmare from beginning to end. I am a drone dealer on the south coast that deal's with fishing drones and videography drones and after having problems with my previous supplier of DJI drones i decided to move over to Drone World. So 20 December 2018 i purchase my first dji phantom 4 drone from drone world and all is well as i recieve my drone within 3 days after purchasing it but when i do the hand over with my client there were some minor parts missing, client decides that the parts were not important enough to make a fuss over and is happy with his drone. So after everything went well i spoke to a lady at drone world with regards to getting dealership status with them so that i can get the discounts that go with it and they inform me that i can get dealership status if i purchase 100k worth in products from them, they said however that i can back track my purchases and that the 100k doesnt have to be all at once. So on the 27th of December i purchase my next drone for another client and get a waybill number on the same day at this point everything has been perfect until the drone arrived on the 3rd of January only to find that only some of the items arrived with the drone. Phone drone world on the 3rd of January with regards to the missing items and get told that items get sent from different warehouses hence the delay in some of the items. The other items arrive on the 8th of January and still there are items missing, at this point i had already gone to see the client 2 times with what droneworld has sent me. Phone droneworld on the 8th and they send me a waybill for the rest of the items. Phone Liesel(the lady that is suposed to be in charge of dealers on the 2nd of January and she is not in office, phone on the 8th of January so that i can place a 65k order to try get closer to dealership status and the drone i purchased 10 days prior is now 3k more, anyway i ask Liesel to get me discounts on some of the drones and she says the lady that can authorise the discount is not in office and she will get back to me. 18th of January phone again and Liesel is not in office, no one has got back to me and no one that can resolve my issues is available. Once final parts arrived for the drone we realised there was a defective battery and charging hub so we phone drone world where we get told to send a video of the defective product to the droneworld watsapp number, which i did on the 21st of January, on the 22nd January the video was still not opened and no reply so i phone droneworld again thinking i got the wrong number so they said i must resend it which i did on the 22nd of January and within minutes the video is opened which by the way was sent to the right number but i still dont get a reply. On the 26th of January i phone droneworlds customer service department to complain and get told that i have to open a ticket on their website which i do that evening. Get a reply relatively quickly and after back and forth emails the battery and charging hub is collected from my client 2 days later. Continue trying to get dealership status sorted out and eventually give up since no one is doing what they commit to, Liesel never phones back like she promices to and i decide im not going to bother with a company that cant be bothered to try and get back to potential customers and dealers. Phone back on 2 occasions to follow up on battery and get told that they are working on the problem and will get back to me, no one phones back and no emails, phone to get the owner or directors contact details and get told they not allowed to give out contact details and that they will contact me when they are back in the office, i guess these people must have holiday all year long as still no one has contacted me. 16th of feb phone customer service to complain again and get a feedback email from the technitions saying " trust your well, we are resolving the problem and having the dispatch team ship this out to you" 2 weeks go by ans still nothing, phone drone world customer care 4 march to get feedback and get told they will get back to me. Phone them again on the 13th of March and get told there was nothing they could do to fix the battery and the charging hub and that there have been no phantom 4 batteries in stock anywhere in the country and that the shipment with the batteries will be in the country on the 31st of March and i insist that the lady that was on the phone with me send me a email that cantained everything we discussed over the phone. First week in April i phone again as i still have not had feedback, the 31st has come and gone and there is still no feedback or sign of the parts anywhere and get told that the shipment has not arrived and that it will now only be arriving on the 31st of April. First week of May i phone and get told that they are sorting out the issues and that they will have the problem sorted out shortly. Phone again on the 27th of May(today) and get told the lady from customer care that i have been dealing with has left and thats why there has been no feedback. My question is this, with such a big company do they not have a system where they can see all their customers with unsettled disputes? Why have i had to spend so much time and money following up with them when the problem has been on their side this whole time? Is it fair for a customer to spend so much money on a product, get sent faulty items and then have to wait a solid 4 months for any kind of feedback and to have to spend his time and money to have to follow up with a company that clearly doesnt care after they have taken your money? Why have i had to spend my time and money and airtime following up when its their job to do so in the first place? Was told today that my battery and charging hub will be sent to me this week but that doesnt give me peace of mind as this has been a customer of mines drone parts this whole time and in all this process my own reputation might have been damaged due to their lack of interest or care. I am incredibly unhappy with the service i as a potential dealer have recieved from droneworld in this whole process and will presonally never use them again and i wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever again. I will not let my personal reputation be affected again by someone that doesnt give a **** about their commitments to their customers. This has by far been the worst service i have recieved from any drone or technology company i have ever had to deal with. Incredibly unhappy about this whole experience.
