Great Service - Thanks Ashley

I recently bought a Kyvol S31 from Droneworld, the robot performed so well I decided to buy an additional one. When the second one arrived, the LIDAR was not working, I contacted Ashley from droneworld who patiently assisted me with troubleshooting the problem. We were unable to resolve the issue remotely and Ashley immediately made arrangements for the unit to be collected. 2 Days later the unit was replaced with a new one, as well as a complimentary service kit for the inconvenience caused. The level of service from these guys are really spectacular, I would recommend them to anyone.
