To Brian,and Tech, thank you for going that extra mile for me. In today's world, once a company has your money it is so difficult to get the kind of personal help, and attention you gave me. Your help was really appreciated. From my personal experience, when an eighty year old walks through the door, the staff somehow disappear, You made feel welcome with such a friendly smile, and I immediately took to you. You did not disappoint me. Not all eighty year old's are dumbo's, I am still very tech savvy, but in this instance I needed someone like you, to just give me a little nudge, which you did.
