Droneworld crash-protection

I was a bit disappointed at first that Droneworld had closed their showroom in Cape Town as I like to look at the equipment before I buy. In the end I ordered from them online and received the drone within two days. One of the reasons why I decided to buy from Droneworld was their crash-protection. Although I had been flying carefully, the drone crashed due to the ground sensors not correctly detecting white sand. Thankfully I comp**** with all the requirements for the crash protection, and Droneworld replaced my drone and controller under the crash protection policy. Although the assessment process and replacement took a while, it did save me the cost of buying a new drone. Thanks to Natasha and Brian at Droneworld in Cape Town for assisting me with this. I'm looking forward to the re-opening of your retail store in Cape Town.
