DEDICATION

Good Day.Droneworld's employees have as yet still a long way to go as far as where honesty and integrity with a client should the most important part of the relationship.Next kicks in the "old school" manner of doing business.The customer is always KING(where the bread and butter comes from) and is always RIGHT! This should be instilled in them right from the top down. In my unfortunate 1st. time dealings with Droneworld I was not impressed with how I was pushed from pillar to post,given incorrect information and in general very little commitment was shown in their work.There have only been two outstanding members of the team.The most dedicated,well mannered, kind and considerate "old school" professional dedicated one of all IS the General Manager of Droneworld Ashleigh Boggon(which by the way who is totally hidden from view by ALL the other team members for reasons of their own)I was only put in touch with her at the very end of my most unpleasant experience with Dronworld. And since that minute everything changed and she went the extra mile for me and I'm glad to say I WILL be expecting my drone today(15/08/2018) thanks to all her efforts in rectifying matters in such a professional manner. The next highly professional person who was not even in sales was a gentleman by the name of Mike who also went the extra mile with his comprehensive knowledgeable introduction to the drone - world and his precise knowledge of what was the right drone for the job that the customer required to fulfill his needs. So yes all was not bad for me thanks to these two dedicated team members that I would say can be called true" TeamLeaders" I salute these two dedicated people and wish them all the best that life can hand out and all the best of luck,dedication and perseverance in passing down the "old school" way of doing business.
