As a newbie in the world of drones, my relationship with Droneworld started with a bit of skepticism. I shopped for prices, and had a question on the drone which I had in mind. Being old school, I like to call and talk. The contact number on the website to call was a landline! I thought oh dear, here we go, and called the Pretoria listed number. After a few rings, Ashley's friendly voice said hello, how can I be of assistance? After our initial discussion on the phone, Ashley sent me the required information and links to the items I wanted to purchase via WhatsApp. I subsequently had more and more questions and Ashley advised me on: The product specs, especially the Thermal capabilities on the drone. He advised on a special price w.r.t. the Combo kit for the Mavic 2 Enterprise, which included the additional items I wanted, as well as extra, like the Car charger for the drone battery, which I did not even think about. A very handy item if stuck in the field, and batteries need to be charged. Ashley also gave me advice w.r.t. which Tablet would be best to use, and the reasons why. When I processed my online order there was problem on the website to get the specific drone I decided on, into my Cart. I messaged a screen shot to Ashley, and he sorted a manual order and payment process in no time. Last but least, due to my personal challenges to collect the order, Ashley again went above and beyond to arrange a special pick up for me.
