Poor service & communication

Several times have sold items on their website that show as "3 units in stock" etc but they do not have stock.

The most recent time - I purchased an item for R26k, needing urgently for our business - followed up four days later to find out that they in fact never had stock and item was never shipped. They never contacted me to inform me about this - even though website stated they had stock upon purchasing.

I have had to request a refund multiple times with poor communication all around. No apology, call form the manager - nothing. Messages ignored when following up via their Whatsapp line.

I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere for anything drone related.
