Terrible after sales

Will never buy from Droneworld again. DJI's firmware busted my controller on my Phantom 4 and they can do nothing for me - can't even supply me with a replacement controller - apparently discontinued. But I must send the controller to them - they will charge me to do an assessment. How can you not stock a controller for a unit that is barely 3 years old? And don't lie to me and tell me it's discontinued - it's available on Amazon, but they don't ship to SA!!!
