Worst service experience

I ordered few items from drone parts on the 25th August and they told me the staff will be delivered in a week but they never did on the the 3rd September I requested my refund after hustling to get this items and also after purchasing the items at another store. All documents was submitted on the 3rd Sept was told they do refunds on Fridays so I except to get back my money on the 10th of September money was not yet deposited in my account i followed up on it on the 15th an admin lady told me to call the director of which i did , he told me that he will process it ,on the 26th of Sept I spoke with the director again he said he was busy with other things and he will process it .

I sent the director whatsApp with all the required documents he blue ticked me :(

Today the 1st of October I tried to call both the admin office and the director there is no answer.

if anyone wants to buy some components from drone parts rather buy at another store because you will get value for your money, Drone Parts is *********** and does not care about their customer.
