Worst service and communication ever. Never any feedback.

Order now outstanding more than 2 months outstanding. At first had feedback.of out of stock items, but listed as in stock.on website. The deadline for non stock items are abot 12 days, but for stock items it takes forever. No feedback or response on any calls, mails or WhatsApp messages. At first I was understanding but now getting the no feedback and being ignored. Do not do business with these ******** people.

With the message on their website "please call to arrange visit as we are not always available during working hours", how can I collect my order and get refunded for shipping if they do not respond to calls or Whatsapps?
