Very poor service if this is a legitimate company

I ordered two sets of blades for my drone, payment completed and order number generated on the 18/08 to date have had not communication from them, I have sent multiple emails requesting an update and zero feedback. Will never use them again. They also don't answer the phone number they have on their contact page, tried 20 times now over the past week. Just very poor all round.
