Drone Parts SA online ordering a joke!

Absolutely shocking service for a online purchase paid in full on the day of the order. After numerous emails to the sales account informing me that my order will be sent shortly I eventually got a reply telling me to mail (The owner) nothing has transpired. Even after a call threatening to publish this here and all of the drone social media groups I belong to no response and Im still R1200 in the hole. Seems this is standard business practice these days.
