Body Corporate Trustee destroying our flat

The Chairperson, Linda Meiring, does not do her duty in terms of maintenance and safety. Indeed, she is slack to repair her own apartment so that it could be safe, and largely ignored the report from the fire brigade of the City Of Cape Town, thereby endangering us. She even has her tenants cause damage to our flat by causing water to leak into our flat, and doesn’t do anything to have the repairs done.
