No service from Dromex

I'm am very disappointed in Tiffany Davies and Bruce Jennings conduct. We have been a customer of Dromex for a few years and now suddenly they don't want to sell to us because we stood up to Tiffany about her manners towards us the customer. I guess there is no customer service if you think you have the monopoly.
