Make promises and do not deliver

<p>I had a garage motor replaced on 16 March. After numerous phone calls and emails, they still did not send me the damage report or an invoice that is clear enough to send to the insurance. I have included the insurer on the emails even. Even that did not deter them. They keep on saying they have sent it but it is a lie. Because it did not arrive either at my or the insurer's email address. Then they say they had problems with their email system that shows that it has sent an email but in fact, it has not. The lady then promised to send it from her g-mail account which also did not happen. It is now the 8 June- three months of empty promises. </p>
