I paid for five refresher lessons with Drivio but only managed to complete two

I paid for five refresher lessons with Drivio but only managed to complete two. Despite repeated attempts to book the remaining three, my requests were ignored. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had completed four lessons—which is incorrect—and was unfairly charged a refund fee. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and lack of accountability. Very disappointing experience.
