Driving Force and Wesbank above CPA

About 5 months ago I bought a vehicle from Driving Force whom arranged finance through Wesbank. The diff and front CV joints now needs replacement and or repairs. The agents estimate for the replacements/repairs is about a third of the vehicles purchase price and an independent workshop's estimate about a quarter of the vehicles purchase price. Although this falls within the 6 months the Customer Protection Acts provides for Driving Force refuse to pay for the repairs. Also, I have contacted Wesbank for assistance and received an Auto Reply e-mail that a consultant will contact me within 48 hours. A week has passed and I am still awaiting feedback from Wesbank.
