Unprofessional and lack of communication

I took a 10 lesson package and paid everything in full. I received 3 lessons and when I had to go for my 4th lesson, the instructor never pitched, I did multiple follow ups with no response at all. The communication from this driving school is really bad, I requested my refund and didn't get a reply to this day. It was really a horrible experience for me, I got reffered by a friend to this driving school just to get disappointed like this. It truly was terrible and a major let down.
