Paid but no service received.

PAID FOR A FULL PACKAGE, SERVICE NOT RECEIVED. I paid for the 10hr package on 30 August 2021,received 1 lesson where the instructor showed up an hour late,was very unprofessional and I did not feel safe with them. Called the owner asking for a different instructor,I was told there is no one else. He then promised me a refund after I cancelled my package. It's 1st November 2021 and I still have not received a refund. Mr Cassiem ignores you and all your messages. I tried to compromise and asked if he wanted to work out a payment plan as he told me he doesn't have money to refund me after lying many times that he would process the refund the following day,he ignored me,I asked if he can send a different instructor instead of a refund,he ignored me again. Had a lawyer call and ask when he would be doing a refund,he **** and said he told me he doesn't issue refunds.I plan on taking them to small claims court as the owner doesn't bother communicating with you at all.
