Bad Service

I will never recommend Drive So Driving academy to anyone. We have been having problems with them since day 1. They take their time to respond to you with regards to lessons. I requested a refund and I was told that the refund will be made on the 25th March. To date I am still waiting on my refund. They blocked me on WhatsApp and doesn't take my calls or respond to my emails. This was the last message that I received from them.

Excuse me why should i have the decency to respond What disrespectful and disappointing is that you told me when i spoke to you regarding your sons situation that you had to me to make the arrangements that he wanted another instructor and you said you understood 100% then you go and write a whole lot of nonsense google about us

2nd now that faiek the peice of shcum that he is resigned and his messaging all my learners so basically *****ing the work you decide you want your money back out of the blue

So please do not talk to me about ramadaan and whats disrespectful or disappointing You refund was made and the same with the first refund i made to you for son its going to take 4 or 5 days and please note that Tuesday is was a public holiday
