Poor Service and diagnoses from Drive shaft Centre Molibongwe

Richard and his technicians are a bunch of *******. My bakkie was in there for a shudder between 79kmph/90kmph. His technician check and diagnosed that the drive shaft is faulty, he quoted me over 3.6k to recondition the drive shaft which I've accepted. I collected the bakkie and the fault was exactly the same, it like they did nothing. I called Richard, he ask me to bring it in the next day, which I did. They spent about 3hrs with the bakkie and told me it is sorted out. I took my bakkie away and the problem is still not fixed. I then checked the bakkie up myself and found that there where missing bolts on the front prop shaft , which was not picked up when his technician assessed my bakkie. I took back to him this morning and he says that its not his problem the diagnoses was correct. So I asked him" how can it be correct when it has the same fault", he said that he does not want to fight and have this conversation. He is arrogant and rude, he needed to refund me and therefore he does not want to have the conversation. He and his technicians are a bunch of *******s they will charge you for repairs that was not the actual failure. Please be aware when you take your vehicle there for a check up make sure that you get a second opinion.
