Driveshafts Centre Randburg

I have recently had the experience of crossing paths with Richard and his team at Driveshafts Centre in Randburg. And what a pleasure this experience was. I was desperate, had some driveshaft issues on an my old Mercedes and was at my wits end. I googled and came accross Driveshafts Centre in Randburg and contacted them. I spoke to the manager, Richard, the short version of the story is that Richard serviced the two driveshafts of my car for less than what I would have paid for ONE second-65hand driveshaft. Not only that, he collected the shafts from my place of work in Midrand, and delivered the serviced shafts back to me ON THE SAME DAY, I am not sure if this was a stroke of luck, maybe they could deliver mine on the way to another collection, or maybe they drove out especially to deliver my driveshafts, but they did it!! Where in the world does this still happen? I am also in the service industry, and I believe even our company can learn from Driveshaft Centre, what customer service really means. I will recommend these guys, and especially Richard as far and wide as I can. Richard, you guys are awesome, keep up the good work!! Thank you for your excellent service.
