Fuelled by falsity

If I could give a negative star rating to this feeble company, I would!! I am not surprised by the pathetic service I was given for the past month and some change- up until and including today. These people are so eager to get their hands on your money and make no effort to see through their promised services.

I called the office in Roeland Street (but they relocate each time you call, they have "relocated" to Darling Street and even Vangate Mall in Athlone!), nevertheless, I spoke to an individual who goes by the name of Riley, I explained my situation of being a university student, living in a university residence as well as the urgency of my situation. He assured me that this would be no problem and that my lessons would be scheduled according to my availability and that they would see me through to getting my license in no time. I was told telephonically and via WhatsApp that my driving instructor would be Igsak.

A week later, an instructor by the name of Nageeb showed up at the scheduled time. From here on everything went downhill. The car's engine cut out constantly, which puts an already anxious learner driver under so much more strain. The instructor had to push and sometimes roll the car backwards in order to get it to start. This wasted valuable time and seeing as each lesson was an hour long, this seemed ridiculous. The instructor kept saying that for the next lesson he would have another car. You wouldn't be surprised to know that this never happened.

Getting hold of this company and the driving instructor was a nightmare! They never pitched for scheduled lessons, ignored my calls (they screen your calls by the way, they do this so that they can know which calls to answer and which to not), they even **** about this when I eventually got a hold of them. They said that they have called me 7 TIMES, when I've literally received no calls whatsoever. I'm a millennial for crying out loud, I have my phone in my hand at all times!

The driving instructor complained constantly. He always wanted me to schedule my time around his so that he can either leave for home early or make his day go more leisurely than what it already seemed to be. When I told him 12:30 pm, he would say, "Make it 1 pm".

I urge you to not do business with these people. They will treat you with no amount of respect and THEY WILL CON YOU.
