Driving SA driving academy Complaint

The company is highly unprofessional and do not care about customer service. Before paying the package, the company made empty promises and told me that I can choose my own time slots and dates for my lessons and that they would sort out a date for my passing out of my drivers license. After they received my money, they had a different story. I got different driving instructors and they were just as unprofessional. The driving instructor kept complaining to me that he was tired and I should pack out the cones and poles for the lesson. He as well told me that he doesn't care of these 1 hour slots and if he doesn't feel like coming then he skips it. He as well cut my lesson shorter and told me that he needs to be at a other appointment and due to traffic he'll drop me home quickly because he doesnt want to be late for the other appointment (which I saw on his sheet was 2 hours away). The instructor asked me to sign next to clients names as he didn't go to that appointments but wants to get paid for it.

They started cancelling on my appointment dates which they approved and then pushed the dates around to their convenience even though I explained to them that it was out of my availability. I complained about there service and the time slots they changed my times to but because I was not available at that hour (even though I alerted them within the 24hours of their business cancellation policy) I was told that I will not get the lesson for another day and will be charged for it.

When I spoke to the manager about all the problems I've had with the company, he started shouting over the phone at me and tells me that he doesn't want to have a debate with me. I then took it up with customer service but they as well said there's nothing they can do.

This company is completely unprofessional and i would not recommend it to anyone.
