Drive SA Driving Academy blaming my son not being ready after they took our money and conned us

Drive SA Driving Academy is trying to disguise there poor service with words. Below is the schedule I sent them via email. They didn’t and couldn’t honor what I wanted. Instead they told us when they can and will be available after taking my money. They rescheduled 5 times and didn’t pitch for their time slots. I had to call them and find out where they were. They just a poor run home based BBE business. We were conned. I’m told that my son wasn’t ready after 10 lessons and they advised me. Offcourse he wasn’t gonna be how can u write a test but u had 5 different teachers teaching one subject in 10 days? Not to mention different cars eg. The instructor told my son he musnt use 3rd gear because it has a problem. The other one told my son he is burning out the clutch and the list goes on. My son also had to pay R30 everytime to go and practice his parking in some kind of yard. The list is never ending we dealt with so many people at this place home based business it was like dealing with my friends friends. Good afternoon

Thanks for the first lesson for my son today, below is the date and time slots for the rest of his package

- 28 feb 2019 - x2 hours @10h00 = 2nd &3rd lesson

- 04 March 2019 - x1 hour @10h00 = 4th lesson

- 06 March 2019 - x 1 hour @10h00 = 5th lesson

- 11 March 2019 - x2 hours @10h00 = 6th & 7th lesson

- 14 March 2019 - x1 hour @10h00 = 8th lesson

- 18 March 2019 - x1 hour @10h00 = 9th lesson

NB........the 10th lesson will be kept and used on the day of his drivers appointment day and used a hour before he does his test. This is to go over the actual route to be done in his road test. Also the x 5 simulator training must be arranged by your company and this must all be done befor end March . I will go to Green Point to make his appointment and try get a date before 31 March 2019. Will keep you posted.

The date and time slots has been planned to my sons availability when home.
