Appreciation after an ordeal

I have received a call from the Manager. We have the discussed the issues of myself and my daughter and we came to an agreement. They have listened and provided assistants and compensation for their lack of customer service. I will take the management's word that it wil be rectified and they will work on it. Thank you for the understanding and I trust you will keep your end of the bargain. Dominique is a good instructor it was just the customer service that needs attention. Thank you.
