Anyone else

After changing drivers for not pitching and 20 min lessons, we received one with excuses, changing times minutes before hes supposed to be there (he gives 5 star review a bit further down, with a responce posted. Wonder how many of these reviews are real). There are other options.

Now after being contacted and asked to take down the review, i obliged being promised better service, with the suggestion i make the remainder of the bookings with the office so no more last minute changes occur. Fair enough, however, there was still a lesson booked for two days later, when asked if the lesson was still on seeing as this was now not yet arranged with the office, he rep**** 9 pm the evening before to let us know "hey there seems like ill be off tomorrow". Now I have to deal with a kid with an attitude taking my girl for lessons. Then i asked about these lessons, apparently he mentioned on the first lesson about the breaking and the handbrake at a stop sign but while driving she never actualy had to perform this. So shes just driving around, while he talks about his life doing rolling stops etc. How is she suppose to be prepared? So i have decided to start over with a different company and not even bother contacting them again about money or lessons. Again... there are other options.
