Renewal of drivers licence

App**** for renewal of drivers licence end of August 2018 before mine expired. New one not yet available. They claim there is a strike and now want me to pay R96 for a temporary licence!!!! There argument is that I have to pay because government peopleare allowed to strike. Really!!!! Is this another ****?
