Staff provided not in accordance with requirements

Drivers inc supplies us (Speck Pumps SA Pty ltd) with temporary Drivers. In this case the Driver transgressed a traffic law and Sarah Smith was immediately informed of the same and that the Driver must held accountable.<br> The Company now is requesting us to pay that amount in lieu of service provided. We are now also being threatened with legal action where Mrs Smith clearly knows the fault is on her side. We acted in good faith by reporting the matter immediately to her but that is of no concern to her. Drivers Inc and their management do not live up to the standard they sell in the market. We even have correspondence from her staff acknowledging our claim at the time of the incident.
