Inner CV's welded instead of replaced as billed

Had my inner cv's 'replaced' by Wayne; actually recommended him until 6 months later when my cv's started giving me issues and he was quick to point out that my 1 year warranty was void because my car was lowered (35 mm) and he was insulting and aggressive. Took my car to another workshop as my car was not very safe to drive (unstable around corners at highway speeds). Found that the cv cups were never replaced as billed but that it was actually welded up.
