Drive to own is *****

I have a contract with drive to own and the beginning of April after I paid my subscription fee for the vehicle that I am renting to own, I was called by Europcar to return the vehicle to their premises as they are no longer doing business with drive to own.

I was also told by Europcar that if the vehicle is not returned immediately I will be held liable for paying their recovery team R2500.00 fee should they come collect the vehicle. I called drive to own to get clarity of what is happening as I have always paid my Installments.

When I contacted driver to own, I honestly couldn't get the proper answer as to why is the vehicle taken and when can I get another one as it is my only source of transportation.

To this day I have been trying to get hold of drive to own, to no availability. I trusted the company with my hard earned money for their service. The sad part is that no one from drive to own seems to care. I explained my story to them a million times, that I am in need of the vehicle as I have kids to really transport.

To this day I still cannot get hold of drive to own. Does this mean I lost my deposit, I lost my installment? Times are tough that it really took me some time to really put together the deposit. Why would such a company like this get away with such. A clear day light *******. I tried all means to get hold of them and it seems like they vanished into thin air.

I am upset, I am fuming and I will definitely get answers as I won't simply roll over and act as if nothing is wrong. That is my hard earned money and I will get it back.
