Worst Driving School Ever!

Hi just want to share my experience with Drive Tech. I'm very unhappy with their terrible service. I have to keep on sending messages to them to follow up when I'm writing my learners test. After 2 weeks of struggling I got a date and the day before my test they told me my information is wrong on the system so I can't write the test we need to go fix the information so they took me to Midrand, left me there and came to pick me up after 2 hours. Then 2 weeks later I get promised that I'm getting my date "today" or "tomorrow" and now I'm being ignored. So I took it into my own hands and made my own booking and now waiting for my refund. They take your money and ignores you flat. Also please note on CIPC their company "Drive Tech Driving school" has been final deregistered and then they registered a new company under *** but that company does not have a registered company name the registered company name is k***. So legally they are not allowed to use Drive Tech as their company name and this company is also soon going to be final deregistered as it already has 2 years outstanding annual returns. I work with CIPC so just wanted to let everyone know. Please rather do it yourself than through them because you will lose money and YOU will have to keep on messaging them. Believe me I know it's not a nice feeling to struggle like this.

I did send them a letter of demand from Small Claims Court giving them 14 days to refund me and they refused and does not respond to me or their other clients so I'm going further with the case. If you are also one of their clients please contact me so that we can get this sorted out by the Court and make sure they do not **** other people.
