Drive Tech Driving school a ****

I am not happy with Drive Tech Driving school, I have paid they full amount of R4600, but every time when they book for me I have to pay another money, they make late booking for you to fail, even License Department at Midrand they complain about them for late appointments not paying, they way they treat Black people and white people completely different, I request my money back they refused to give my money back, they told me about non refund policy, I mean as a customer if Iam not happy with a service you provide I have every right to request my money back, my rights as customer where not adhered. I want my money back
