Nothing they can do

The past weekend i could not extend my rental which end up been overdue. i was advised by a lady called Randy to go to bidvest car rental and extend since the car is overdue. i went to bidvest carlton centre branch to extend up until wednesday 09/12/2015. they told me i should go back to drive south africa hire the car again from thursday onwards and come back to them and present the voucher that i will receive from drive south africa, to my suprise Randy told me they dont have cars availble for the rest of festive season for gauteng region. i went back to bidvest to inform them about what Randy told me. bidvest told me,to explain to her that i already have the car just pay drive south for days i want to keep the car. i called Randy and she told me she cant help me. i thought maybe me and her we have some misunderstanding i called Bukeka the conversation didnt even last for a minute she told me if Randy cant help me , she also cant help as they are no cars available. i have been drive south's client for more than 8 weeks now i believe they could have handled the matter in a different way.
