DRIVE SA Cape town is the worst driving school

I booked Drive SA for my daughter. Asked them to see how many lessons were needed as she had previously done 15 lessons from a different school. They came with an old car, they promised to change the car the next time and gave an excuse . They reassured me my daughter could drive. Next lesson they instructor did not pitch, came up with an excuse. Tried to sort it out with him and his Manager. Manager took days to respond . Then i asked them to rather give a refund. I was told there are no refunds. Nothing on their advert mentions that. By the way no invoice was given to me either. I was forced to stay, needless to say, the second car that came was also in such a bad condition i had to ask if my daughter will pass out with that car. I was told yes. The instructor than told my daughter they will concentrate on parking, which they only did halfway. On enquring about going to the yard to practice, i was informed that going to the yard i will have to book by myself and pay the cost myself too. The attitude of the Manager stinks. He has no manners he is only after money. He is quick to respond to bookings for 1st timers but takes days to solve issues. The instructor also thinks he is doing you a favour when must do the following lesson.

Never use that driving school. It's a waste of your money. The 3 lessons left now for my daughter, i have to forfeit as i cannot allow her to go back to them. And they will not refund. They are a bunch of greedy people.
