Our Company bought two electric motors from them, upon receiving the Motors I opened up the wooden crates that they come in, to find that the one motor is visually damaged. when returning this brand new yet broken product, I was informed very arrogantly over the phone by Robbie that they would have seen the damage if it was their fault and basically called me a ****, he even allegedly cursed at our driver after this conversation. they refused to even try to rectify this issue. We as a company WILL NOT complain about something if we are at fault and would expect other companies to have the same business ethic. We will not ever be doing business with Drive Dynamics in the future and would urge anyone who values honest business ethics to take their business elsewhere.
