very bad service and taking of money for a service not deliverd

My Experience with this company was nothing but shameful. I paid for 10 lessons of which i only received 4 . Olive was my instructor and I paid the money in full R1300 for 10 lessons to her and I still have my receipt.. Now I call the company and they're response is just that they cant help me. This is really shameful that the company or Olive does not take any responsibility to this. I had been calling the instructor Olive..messaged her..:: Now that I am making contact with the company...they are of no assistance to me as my money is already taken by them,,. when I called them, they told me the lady got fired for taking money from client's ..including mine and they will not taking any responsibility even thought the instructor worked for them. I am still sending the instructor messages of which she reads but never replies. Her name is Olive and contact number is ********** 030
