I paid Drive Control Systems for goods that were never delivered.

After posting my original review, Dane contacted me regarding the review and promised to refund my money AND send the outstanding parts by 31 August 2026. Based on those assurances, I removed my reviews and gave him another opportunity to resolve the matter.

He did not honour either commitment.

I have received neither the promised refund nor the outstanding parts.

Myself and our office have repeatedly attempted to contact Dane by WhatsApp, telephone and email. We continue to receive excuses and promises, but no resolution.

I have retained proof of payment, invoices, correspondence and Dane's written commitment to refund the money.

The facts are simple: I paid for goods, they were not delivered, a refund and delivery were subsequently promised by 31 August, and neither happened.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Drive Control Systems and would not make any upfront payment to this company.

If the money or goods are eventually received, I will update this review accordingly.
